Lesley University’s Information Technology (IT) department maintains the university’s computer systems, networks, and learning platforms, providing technology training, troubleshooting, equipment loans, and classroom technology support; including AV services and HyFlex smartboards. Specialized IT staff support the Art and Design programs by running facilities like the Digital Lockup and Fabrication Lab, assisting with 3-D printing and design lab technology. The IT Help Desk and Support Hub offer accessible technical assistance for all students, faculty, and staff, ensuring effective teaching, learning, and event technology across campus.
The Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations collaborates with Lesley University alumni, parents, and friends to keep them connected. A major focus of our work is helping members of the Lesley community support the university philanthropically. We organize alumni and parent events and gatherings, engage with friends of the university, and help tell Lesley's story.

The Facilities team ensures that campus spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming. They oversee building operations, custodial services, groundskeeping, and maintenance across all Lesley properties. This includes managing heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems, supporting campus events with room setup and logistics, and coordinating repairs to classrooms, offices, and residential spaces. The team also partners with vendors and contractors on construction, renovation, and sustainability projects so Lesley can reduce its footprint while improving spaces for the university community.
The ePortfolio and Assessment Administrator’s office oversees support for our My Assessment Portfolio (MAP) tools: LiveText for Education programs, and Tevera for Mental Health and Well-Being programs. Students upload key assignments to these ePortfolio tools for research and accreditation purposes.
Lesley University's Field Education and Placement offices support students across multiple disciplines in securing and completing their required field experiences. These offices match students with approved sites and supervisors, provide ongoing support throughout placements, and assist with professional licensure requirements. Services are tailored to specific academic programs to ensure students receive specialized guidance aligned with their professional goals.
The Payroll office processes timecards, issues paychecks, and manages payroll records for the University’s employees.
The Provost serves as Chief Academic Officer for Lesley University to ensure that our academic programs meet high standards for quality. With support from the Provost Office team, the Provost provides academic leadership, oversees curricula, and fosters faculty development across the University.
Students from all majors and academic programs can study abroad. The University is currently reviewing its Study Abroad program options and will update this page to reflect those changes. Transfer Student Success serves as a hub of support for students who have transferred into Lesley from other colleges or universities. It provides advising, degree planning, and assistance navigating University resources from admission through graduation.
