Living Spaces that Match the Way You Learn

Lesley offers a range of housing options designed to support your unique preferences, personality, interests, and learning style. As a Lesley student, you can choose to live in stately Victorian homes, classic residence halls, or modern suite-style apartments.

Special interest housing and programs like the Lynx Living Learning Communities give you the chance to live alongside peers with similar professional goals - engaging in shared projects, speaker series, and events tied to your field. A Housing Team Committed to Your Success

Our Residence Life Team is committed to making your campus experience the very best it can be. Resident Community Advisors – who are embedded within each residence hall and available 24/7 – lead study groups, movie nights, and other events that create connection. They act as mentees and trusted sources of support, creating a safe, nurturing environment where students can truly be themselves and focus on their academic and personal growth.

Off-Campus Housing

We encourage first-year Lesley students to live in on-campus housing to foster a sense of community and fully experience all that Lesley has to offer. After that, students seeking off-campus housing can find a wide range of options around Cambridge and Greater Boston. With easy access to public transit, including multiple bus lines, the MBTA Red Line, and the commuter rail, Lesley’s campus is easily accessible to commuters.

Graduate Housing

While most graduate students live in off-campus housing, Lesley offers some housing for graduate students at our Mellen House residence hall. To request more information, please contact our Residence Life Team.

City Life at Your Doorstep

Living on the Lesley campus means you’re in the heart of one of the country’s most exciting and historic cities. Our Cambridge location puts you just blocks from Harvard Square and minutes from Boston’s world-class cultural, culinary, and entertainment scenes. From catching live music at The Sinclair or Club Passim to browsing vintage shops in SOWA or exploring exhibits at the MFA and ICA, the city becomes your extended campus.

With easy access to the MBTA Red Line and commuter rail, you’ll have the freedom to explore everything Greater Boston has to offer - from Red Sox games and the Head of the Charles Regatta to food festivals, theater productions, and more. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live in the heart of a world-class hub of higher education.
