Here are some important things to know and steps to follow as you begin your journey as a Lesley student and prepare for your first day of classes.
Access Your Lesley Email
A Lesley email address has been assigned to you, and appears on your Enrollment Confirmation Letter. Once you’re accepted to Lesley, all university emails are sent to you at this address, so be sure to check your account frequently. Your password is the same one you’ve been using to check the status of your documents during the admissions process. If you have not activated your account yet, you can do so by visiting our Password Management site.
Set Up Your Electronic Accounts
-
Access your myLesley account
This online course portal is where you can access class syllabi, assignments, online discussion boards, and library resources.
-
Access your Self-Service account
This is where you can find administrative information regarding your class schedules, grades, financial aid, and more. You will also use Self-Service to register for your courses.
Register for courses by logging into your Self-Service account.
Connect With Your Academic Advisor
If you have any questions about courses or your class schedule, you should reach out to your advisor. Advisor contact information can be found on your Enrollment Confirmation Letter. Or, you can reach out to us at advising@lesley.edu for help.
Obtain your ID card and purchase textbooks
- Lesley ID cards may be obtained at the Doble Public Safety Office at 34 Mellen Street, Cambridge, MA. ID cards are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Textbooks are available at the Lesley University Bookstore. Your textbooks can also be delivered to your home, where you can order them online to buy or rent on several websites. If purchasing a textbook is a hardship for you, please speak to your advisor and your professor.
- You should purchase your textbooks before classes start and no later than the end of the first day of classes.
