Our coursework is brought to life through early and extensive classroom experience. Unlike undergraduates in many other education programs, Lesley students start training in the field during their very first year, working alongside experienced educators at partner schools in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston, as well as a range of area charter schools. This time in the classroom gives students the opportunity to apply what they learn in actual education settings and receive ongoing, real-time feedback and mentoring from working educators. Lesley students graduate with the skills, experiences, and perspectives that put them a step ahead when it comes time to enter the workforce.
