Technology Support

The Technology Support Services Division of IT is led by the Assistant Vice President of Information Resources and Technology, and is the first line of support for all technology-related issues, concerns, or questions. This division is responsible for support services, desktop/laptop deployment, maintenance and repair, classroom equipment management, and overall technology asset management.

Microsoft Training Schedule

We are pleased to share the full Microsoft Training Schedule with you via the IT Professional Development SharePoint site. When you access the site, click on Follow in the upper right for easy future access via Office 365 and the SharePoint application. This site has:

  • Tips for workshop attendance
  • Individual Event calendar entries, each of which is a clickable link that will provide you with the agenda, the virtual meeting link, and a link to download a calendar entry for your personal Lesley calendar

Self Help Portal

The Information Technology Self Help Portal can help you with a variety of issues, from how to access your electronic accounts, to backing up your computer, using Blackboard, MyLesley, Self-Service, and other digital resources, and even how to use your phone.

Laptop Program

Our Laptop Program is a comprehensive service for all students, faculty, and staff to purchase a laptop and receive technical support for their personally-owned computer.  

Services include repair, virus removal, software installations, and component upgrades regardless of where you purchased your computer.
