The Technology Support Services Division of IT is led by the Associate Vice President of Information Technology and Resources, and is the first line of support for all technology-related issues, concerns, or questions. This division is responsible for support services, desktop/laptop deployment, maintenance and repair, classroom equipment management, and overall technology asset management. Support Hub
The Support Hub can help you with a variety of issues, from how to access your electronic accounts, to backing up your computer, using Blackboard, MyLesley, Self-Service, and other digital resources, and even how to use your phone.

Laptop Program
Our Laptop Program is a comprehensive service for all students, faculty, and staff to purchase a laptop and receive technical support for their personally-owned computer.
Services include repair, virus removal, software installations, and component upgrades regardless of where you purchased your computer.
