Lesley Announces Maine Scholars Program
The Maine Scholars program gives students prioritization by Maine employers as well as opportunities for financial aid and scholarship benefits.

Come study in the United States.

As an international student at Lesley University, you can earn your bachelor’s or graduate degree, a post-baccalaureate certificate, or stay short term in one of our exchange programs. But before you can join about 2,000 undergraduate and 4,500 graduate students who are studying here—which includes 180+ international students from more than 50 countries—you have to apply to a specific academic program.

Each of our academic programs has different application requirements. You’ll complete the same requirements for your chosen program as the students from the United States, plus a few more:

  • Proof of English language proficiency, if English is not your first language.
  • A foreign credentials evaluation, if you’ve earned some college credit outside of the United States. That way, we can understand the courses you’ve taken, the grades you’ve earned, or the degree you’ve received.
  • A notarized translation of your transcript, if it’s not already written in English.

How to find your program's application requirements.

All of the details you’ll need are included in your specific program’s application process for international students. Once you apply and have been accepted, our Global Education Center will help you through the visa process.
