Having Difficult Conversations

No one likes to have difficult conversations, yet sometimes they are necessary. This workshop for team leads/supervisors will introduce a number of ideas and tips to consider before, during, and after a difficult conversation. We’ll consider applying essential interpersonal communication skills in work-related situations.
