At Lesley University, our undergraduate and graduate academic programs live at the intersection of education, mental health counseling, mindfulness, and the visual arts—what we call the human arts.

Lesley is also home to the Threshold Program, a non-degree independent living program for young adults with learning differences.
Where Our Undergraduates Come From
We're well represented by students from the Northeast, with a mix of students from other regions and from abroad. In the 2018–2019 school year, 68% of our students were from Massachusetts, 6% from Connecticut, 4% from New York, 5% from New Hampshire, 2% from Maine, and 2% from Rhode Island. Students from California made up 3% of the student body, and 6% came from other states. Our international students made up 3% of the student body.

The strength of Lesley is in its people. The hardworking people who teach, staff, serve, and make this place run smoothly. We have 479 employees, including 309 staff and administrators and 170 core faculty. Among the core faculty:
