Facilities is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and appearance of University facilities and grounds. Facilities addresses service requests through an automated work order system available to the Lesley community and tenants with internet access. Emergency work requests are handled via telephone.
Service Requests
Facilities uses Prism, a web-based tool, for all service requests. Prism is available through Single Sign On (SSO). If you are already signed into your Lesley University accounts, you will automatically be signed into Prism. For instructions on how to submit service requests, please follow the simple instructions in the User Manual. All student requests in dormitories should go directly through the Prism work order process. Prism also offers a great mobile app to easily submit work requests.
Emergency Service
In case of an emergency work request, please call Facilities Operations at 617.349.8881 between the hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday-Friday. If the emergency occurs off-hours or on a holiday, please call Public Safety at 617.349.8888.
