COVID-19 Articles & Resources

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to all of our worlds. At Lesley University, we are fortunate to have faculty who are experts in what we call the human arts, such as education, mental health counseling, expressive arts therapy, visual arts, mindfulness, and more. And they have created these resources on this page to help students, teachers, parents/caregivers, and the community as a whole through this time.

Mindfulness and Mental Health Resources

From mindfully managing during a crisis to how you can do a 10-minute mediation from almost anywhere, our faculty in counseling, mindfulness studies, and other programs have created these resources to help us cope.

Resources for Students

COVID-19 forced the closure of the university's physical doors, but classes continue and the new normal for our semester is anything but normal. Our faculty have put together some resources and tips for students to help them through these challenging times.

Resources for Educators

Teachers have been faced with moving their classes online, teaching remotely, and offering social and emotional support to students and families. Our education faculty want to make it easier for all of you to teach under this new "normal." These articles and resources range from self-care tips to subject-specific materials that will keep students learning.
