The University Marketing and Communications departments are available to assist with a variety of department and school needs, from preparing you to speak to the media to writing a story about a student or graduate who is doing compelling work in their field. Print, Promotional, and Photography Requests
Submit a request to get assistance with creating new print materials in support of programs or services, request a reprint of existing materials, order promotional items to give away at events or activities, produce banners or signage for promotional use, or request photography of your program or class. Fill out our Request Form to request support. If you need to order stationery or business cards, you can do so through the procurement page.
Web Requests & Web Editors
Many web requests can be handled by the web editor assigned to your department or school. Please check with your web editor first before submitting a request for web support. If your department does not have a web editor or your web editor is unable to assist you with your needs, please fill out our Web Request Form for assistance.
Please do not email web requests to members of the marketing staff directly. We handle many requests and using the form ensures that if someone is busy on another project, is on vacation, or is unavailable, your request is still handled as fast as possible by our team.

Drupal & Web Writing Support for Web Editors
We have launched an online portal of articles to help trained web editors across the university with the Drupal Content Management System, Search Engine Optimization, web writing, and other topics.

Publicize an Event
If you would like to publish your event on the university website, please use our Submit an Event form. The Communications Office handles these requests and will be in touch with an questions. The Communications Office also publicizes events to the university community and the external public. Market Research and Intelligence
The Market Research and Intelligence department engages in independent data collection and analysis examining the market and competitive environment, and Lesley's position within, to provide actionable strategic insights that further enrich the university community, with a strong focus on new student recruitment.
Summary reports and related data for completed market research studies can now be found on the Market Research SharePoint site. If you are asked to log in, do so as you would for webmail: your full email address (including @lesley.edu), and your Lesley systems password. If you have questions, please contact Andy Fisher.
All students, alumni, faculty, and staff featured in photography and video work need to full out a release form prior to the event or shoot. Please download the appropriate form and fill it out. You can send them to University Marketing via email or interoffice mail.
