What do we do?

Students from all majors and academic programs can study abroad, undergraduate and graduate alike. We offer a variety of programs in three different models—travel-study/faculty led, provider programs, and exchange programs—to accommodate your interests and academic requirements. Set up a meeting with our study abroad advisor by emailing studyabroad@lesley.edu to review your options.

Is study abroad available only for certain majors?

All majors can study abroad

When can I study abroad?

For semester-long programs: sophomore year, junior year, or first-semester senior year

For Lesley faculty-led travel courses: anytime as long as you meet course prerequisites

What are the eligibility requirements for study abroad?

Good academic, conduct, and financial standing

What kind of programs are available?

Semester and year-long study with exchange partners

Short-term programs with Lesley faculty

Semester, summer, and J-term programs with study abroad third-party provider companies.

How and when do I apply?

Email studyabroad@lesley.edu to start the process at least a year before going abroad. In general, applications are due the semester before travel.

Where can I study?

All over the world, from universities in capital cities to field-based programs in rural villages to semesters at sea.
