All students and Lesley employees are required to maintain a current Lesley identification card. Students must be actively enrolled in the current academic year in order to receive a Lesley ID. Employees must have an active employment record with HR. Mailed IDs take about 7-10 Business days to arrive and can only be mailed to your address of record with the Registrar’s Office or Human Resources. Obtain an ID here.
ID cards are available in person, 24 hours a day at the Doble Campus Safety Office, 34 Mellen Street, Cambridge, MA 021238 and at the 1815 Mass Ave Campus Safety ID Card Lab from 9am to 9pm. If not active in the Colleague system, students must contact the registrar’s office for assistance. Employees must contact Human Resources.
Public Safety and the Lesley Card Office are responsible for the generation, maintenance and control of the Lesley identification and the card access control system. Community members are responsible to maintain a current Lesley ID while at Lesley and to immediately report any lost or stolen identification to Public Safety 617-349-8888 or email PublicSafety@lesley.edu. IDs may not be shared and you may not use your ID to access an area for another person.
Replacement IDs are available at the Lesley University Public Safety Office (34 Mellen Street) 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Replacement ID card fee is $25.00 Effective July 01, 2011(subject to change).
Lesley ID cards four years and older are subject to a no-cost replacement. An ID card less than four years old that stops working, is brought in person to the Public Safety Office, and is not found to be excessively worn or damaged, may be replaced with a one-time waiver of replacement fee.
