Claiming Your Online Account
We’re pleased you have chosen to apply to Lesley University. As an applicant, you have been assigned a Self-Service account.
Please look out for an e-mail from Lesley Username Claim (no-reply-claim@lesley.edu) with instructions for claiming your Lesley account. This email will be sent out near the date you applied to Lesley. Please note in order to view what application materials have been received and your financial aid information, you must first activate your self-service account.

NOTE: You must complete the steps to claim your account before you are able to log into Self-Service.
Review Application Status
After activating your account, you may view the financial aid documents by using Self-Service. To access your account, click on the "Log In" tab and enter your Lesley credentials in the form of username@lesley.edu and the password you set when activating your account.
To view the receipt of your application and financial aid documents and materials:
- Go to Self-Service.
- Enter your Lesley credentials in the form of username@lesley.edu and the password you chose when activating your account.
- In the Notifications section, click on View required documents. To see more than just outstanding items, click on View All. If you do not have a Notifications section, go the User Options area, and select Required Documents.
- View the status of your application materials - "received" or "waived" indicates completion of an individual requirement.
- For Financial Aid-related information, use the vertical navigation bar on the left and select Financial Information > Financial Aid or go back to the Home page and click on the Financial Aid tile.
Resolving Account Issues
If you have any difficulty using your password, please visit the Password Management site, click the "Reset my Password" option and follow the prompts. If you have any difficulty using your Self-Service account, please contact Information Technology at 617.349.8770 or by email at it@lesley.edu.
