Start earning your MS in Management as an undergraduate.
Learn how to develop and lead a successful organization. Build a foundation in the essential components of management, including finance and accounting, marketing, organizational behavior, managing resources, and ethics. Discover what outstanding companies do differently to achieve and sustain competitive advantage.
These are some of the skills you'll focus on in our accelerated master's degree program which combines the curriculum of the undergraduate Business Management major and our online Master of Science in Management. The program is open to incoming freshman and Lesley undergrads working toward their BS in Business Management in all modalities—on campus, online, or at Bunker Hill Community College.
As part of the undergraduate major, you'll get real-world experience through internships in a variety of organizational settings. Then, transition into the master's program during your senior year where you'll specialize in general management or nonprofit management. With this added expertise, you'll have a wider range of professional opportunities right after graduation.
How It Works
The online MS in Management program is 33 credits. By completing some graduate credits as an undergraduate student, you'll save both time and money.
- Complete 9 graduate credits online (3 courses) during your senior year, included in your undergraduate tuition. As online courses run on accelerated 8-week terms, this saves you about 1.5 semesters of time.
- Finish the remaining 24 credits of the 33-credit master's program in your fifth and final year, at the graduate tuition rate.
- Save an additional $7,800 on graduate tuition with the Lesley Dividend (12 free graduate credits) for a total of 63% off your graduate tuition.
- Because this is an accelerated master's degree, you'll receive your BS in Business Management once you complete the requirements for the bachelor's degree, and you'll receive your MS in Management when you complete the requirements for the graduate program.
Eligibility & Applying
You can apply for this accelerated master's degree as an incoming freshman all the way up to your first semester of senior year. The eligibility requirements vary depending on when you apply, but include certain SAT scores (incoming freshman only), a minimum GPA (3.5 for incoming freshman; 3.0 for current students and with no grades below a C), prerequisite courses and grade requirements for the courses, recommendations, and a portfolio of accomplishments.
