Student Health Services invites students to attend a free, four-week mindfulness course on Saturdays in October!
This 75-minute class designed for students will help them better manage stress, build resilience, and improve sleep focus and overall well-being. It includes 30 to 60 minutes of daily home practice, reading and reflections.
Attendance at all four sessions is required.
