It’s often necessary to provide feedback, whether we are a supervisor, leading a project team, or just collaborating with colleagues. In this workshop we will distinguish feedback from criticism, consider how to provide constructive feedback that helps build on strengths and address areas for improvement, and share ideas for mitigating bias in the feedback process. You’ll have the opportunity to practice and discuss feedback skills in a supportive setting.
