An all levels vinyasa flow yoga class with Meagan Curry that meets on Wednesdays and Fridays. This hour-long session offers poses to strengthen, soften, and find increased body awareness. Use of breath and meditation will be integrated into the class as tools for grounding. Traditional and creative sequencing, is explored. Variations will be given throughout the class to meet students where they are in their practice. Blocks are encouraged but not needed.
