ART.FOR.CHANGE is a student-led initiative that aims to use the creative and expressive arts to provide liberation to marginalized voices in the Lesley community, and our greater community and society. People can participate in this event virtually and in-person at:
University Hall 2-150
Porter Campus
This event will showcase artists of all modalities and their social justice story and the causes that they are passionate about. Each artist will be asked to shed light on their own personal story, as well as to share an organization or a call to action related to their social justice experience or interests. The theme of this event is LVOE, Linking Varying Other Experiences, which is our way of saying "love" at ART.FOR.CHANGE. Please join us however you can to help us spread to love, and to continue to learn about the issues of utmost importance in our community.
This event will also feature a live performance by Harmogeddon, and will include ASL interpreters. All community members who wish to attend in person still need to register using the Zoom link, and the organizers will send a confirmation.
