The purpose of this group is to promote the advancement of Lesley faculty and staff who self-identify as BIPOC. The group will:
- Foster community building and networking among Lesley University’s BIPOC community.
- Provide the BIPOC community with professional and personal development opportunities to thrive and grow at Lesley.
- Create opportunities to celebrate and center BIPOC individual and group identities and experiences.
