Spend your evening with Sophie Lyons as you unwind from the day. Sophie’s classes hold a combination of mindful breath and movement that is accessible and inclusive to all bodies. She teaches people what feels valuable in her own practice; it can be intuitive and funky and may not always be a conventional “flow,” but is inviting, restorative, and speaks to the body. With a trauma informed approach, she teaches people how to explore the possibility of beginning to feel safe in their bodies, wherever and however that may look like. Sophie creates a warm and welcoming environment in the practice space that allows people from all avenues and levels of practice to feel safe, supported and perhaps more in tune with their bodies.
The classes take place every Wednesday, 8:30-9 pm (except Nov. 24). The last class is on Dec. 15. Register for the Zoom event.
