Every summer, a new cohort of students starts its teacher residency program by taking courses on the Lesley campus in Cambridge, MA. In summer 2021, for the well-being of our community, and in keeping with federal and state health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19, we offered all summer learning in a remote format, which is continuing through the school year.

We are using synchronous online instruction through electronic platforms and tools, complemented by independent online work. We have built a community through online platforms, where students communicate regularly with instructors and peers, and meet in virtual courses and community gatherings. 

We don't yet know if our cohorts will be meeting remotely in summer 2022, but we'll update this page as soon as we do. Either way, we will work to ensure you have the best learning experience possible.
