Getting Started Let’s get you set up with everything you need. Now that you’re officially a Lesley online student, you can log in to your university email and electronic accounts. And if you haven’t yet submitted your financial aid paperwork, this is the time to do that, too. Lesley Email As a new online student, you’ve been assigned a Lesley University email account. From this point forward, all university electronic communication will be sent to you at this address, so be sure to check your account frequently. Check your email Visit lesley.edu/email and enter your Lesley email address and password. Reset your password If you don’t recall your password, visit the Self-Service Portal and click "Reset My Password." Request help Contact Information Technology by email at it@lesley.edu or by phone at 617.349.8770. Electronic Accounts You can now access academic and administrative information through several electronic accounts. Sign in with your Lesley email username and password to login to all accounts. myLesley my.lesley.edu This is the online portal for your courses. Here you’ll find class syllabi, assignments, online discussion boards, and library resources. Learn more: myLesley tutorials and support Self-Service Self-Service This is where you can access important administrative information regarding your class schedules, grades, and financial aid, and more. MAP–My Assessment Portfolio MAP–My Assessment Portfolio Required for Mathematics Education, Science in Education, Educational Technology, Language and Literacy, and Curriculum and Instruction: Elementary Education Generalist master’s degree programs. MAP is an ePortfolio that you’ll use to document and demonstrate your learning. The tool allows you to provide evidence that you’re meeting required state and professional standards. Automatic registration and fee During the first week of your program, a five-year subscription to your ePortfolio will be created through an automatic registration process. There is a one-time, non-refundable subscription fee of $150. This fee, which may be covered by financial aid, will be posted on your tuition bill. Login and password Once your account is created, a welcome letter containing your MAP login and password will be sent to your Lesley email. Financial Aid Financial aid If you’ve submitted all necessary documents for financial aid, you’ll receive information regarding aid shortly. Much of this communication is through your Lesley email and Self-Service account, so make sure to log in frequently.
