From 8:45-9:15 am every weekday, a diverse group of mindfulness facilitators will lead students, faculty, staff, and alumni through basic mindfulness meditations on Zoom. The sessions will be structured similarly, but each facilitator will bring their own unique perspective. There will be time for brief check-ins, a 15-minute mindfulness practice, and discussions about the experience afterwards.
