Carmen is a psychotherapist, educator, and retreat facilitator with over 35 years of experience supporting individuals and communities through trauma healing, addiction recovery, and transformational growth. She currently serves as Chief Clinical Advisor at Integrative Life Network and is the founder of Soul-Full Journeys, a heart-led practice offering immersive retreats and intensives including pilgrimages to the sacred site of Teotihuacan, Mexico.
Carmen brings a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic practice, weaving Toltec teachings, somatic healing, and trauma-informed psychotherapy to help individuals release outdated survival patterns and return to their inherent wholeness. Her work bridges sacred traditions and science, guiding others in reconnecting to their inner wisdom and cultivating safety, belonging, and self-mastery.
She specializes in trauma, addiction, and nervous system regulation, and holds certifications in Neuropsychotherapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (Level 1). Carmen is also a Reiki Master and certified yoga instructor.
For the past 23 years, Carmen has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Counseling Psychology Department at Lesley University, where she teaches courses on addiction, adolescent development, and clinical skills. She has presented nationally on trauma-informed care and adolescent harm reduction, and her clinical leadership is grounded in both research and lived experience.
Carmen is honored to co-create this sacred space at Lesley University with Aryan—offering practices that awaken the sacred witness, enliven the body’s innate intelligence, and deepen the path of self-remembrance and embodied belonging.

Aryana Solhl is a Master Breath Coach, Somatic Practitioner, and Regenerative Health Specialist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of neuroscience, embodiment, and integrative wellness. Her work weaves breathwork, movement, and cellular nutrition to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and full-body vitality.
At the young age of eight, Aryana was introduced to the teachings of Don Miguel Ruiz and The Four Agreements, which deeply shaped her inner landscape and continue to inform her path as a guide, healer, and teacher. Today, she integrates ancient wisdom with modern science to help women transmute pain into embodied wisdom, reclaim their health, and live in alignment with their truest selves.
Aryana is a core collaborator with Soul-Full Journeys, co-facilitating immersive intensives and sacred retreats designed to awaken the body’s innate intelligence and reconnect participants to their authentic power and belonging.
