In the third session of this three-part series we will offer fundamental tools and practices for instances when conflict emerges and or impact has occurred. Session 3 will build on both previous sessions and offer deeper level application of initial tools. Participants will be invited to try strategies with case studies and think about applying problem solving practices in real time.
