Even well-intentioned people have biases that can show up in our work with colleagues. Join us for a brief overview of implicit bias and a discussion about how we can strive to reduce it. You will learn about how implicit biases develop, what cognitive biases are (we all have them!), the intersectional nature of biases, and what we can do to address bias in our interactions and decisions.
