This week: Strength and Resilience with Ravtesh. "Come be with yourself, in the company of others, create a space filled with compassion by uplifting each other, there’s so much in you that you might not see, so join us for an evening to recognize what your strengths might be.” This workshop aims to help you acknowledge your strengths and values using art, movement, and writing. We invite you to come join us in co-creating a space of self-reflection, self-acceptance, and self-love.
