The purpose of this group is to promote the advancement of Lesley faculty and staff who self-identify as BIPOC. The group will:

Foster community building and networking among Lesley University’s BIPOC community.
Provide the BIPOC community with professional and personal development opportunities to thrive and grow at Lesley.
Create opportunities to celebrate and center BIPOC individual and group identities and experiences.
