Questions
How do I know who my faculty mentor is?

Log in to Self-Service, navigate to the "Academics" dropdown menu, and select the "Personal and Academic Profile" option. Your faculty mentor will appear as a “counselor.”

How do I add or drop a class?

Log in to Self-Service to add and drop classes through the "add/drop" period. The deadline is one week after classes begin. If you wish to drop after the deadline, a code of "W" for "withdrawal" will appear on your transcript. The withdrawal deadline for fall is usually around the end of November; for spring it is usually near mid-April (our office will send notices).

How many credits do I need to graduate?

Log in to Self-Service. Choose the "My Progress" link under "Student Planning" (in the Academics menu). Contact your advisor with questions about your progress.

What if I have questions about my bill, financial aid, or health insurance?
