Graduate Advising - Graduate School of Education
The advisors in the Graduate School of Education provide comprehensive and collaborative academic advising using multiple modalities. Graduate students are encouraged, empowered, and educated to become self-directed learners and competent decision-makers. Best practices, current research, and student feedback inform the strategies and resources used to guide and support students' educational, career, and life goals. Student success is fostered in an inclusive environment that acknowledges individual and diverse needs, intellectual curiosity, and cultural awareness, and encourages lifelong learning. In short, we help to guide and support you throughout your time at Lesley - please connect with us often!
Academic advisors are currently working remotely and are available Monday – Friday, by appointment. Related advising information and advisor calendars are available 24/7 on the Advising Navigation Tool (ANT).
Have a quick question? Join us on Wednesdays via Zoom from 3:30 pm–5:00 pm for drop-in advising; no appointment needed. Not sure who your advisor is? Email GSOE.email@example.com and someone on our team will help to make a connection.
We recommend a formal advising check-in once a semester as a baseline, but don't be shy if you have a question.
ANT is a curated website designed to help Graduate School of Education students easily access resources and consider the next steps in their programs. Don't mind the cute ants—we love a theme!
