Heather is the founder of business strategy company Pixels for Humans. At Pixels, Heather helps SaaS companies solve their toughest challenges and grow into mature, community-focused businesses. She handles the full breadth of business strategy, user research, IA, and interactive design work on client projects. Heather earned a dual BA in mathematics and music at Northeastern University in Boston, graduating Cum Laude in 2006. She is a highly rated international speaker, including such notable locations and events as Harvard Extension School, O’Reilly, Northeastern University, UXPA International, and more.
