Bill Fleming teaches Professional Practices of Design, an undergraduate course that encompasses the nuts & bolts of being an interactive designer and graphic designer. This required course includes career development, personal branding, job hunting, marketing, project management, proposal development, financial management, legal issues, and other business aspects of design.
He is heavily involved with Boston's design communities and has been an independent brand and business strategist for more than 25 years, consulting with many design firms and design-savvy B2B companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
His clients include Alphabetica, Bonify, Communication via Design, Continuum, Fidelity Labs, Korn Design, Loyal, Monderer, Moth, and Rest Design.
