Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, award-winning executive leadership coach, best-selling author, and Harvard Leadership Excellence educator. Rooted in her Dominican heritage and with over 20 years of professional experience, Clara blends coaching, mindfulness, cultural wisdom, and business strategy to align inner values with external impact. She is dedicated to liberating human potential by cultivating confident, authentic leaders who create sustainable change.

Clara is the founder of the ClaraFying Coaching and Consulting Institute, where she supports global leaders in creating systemic change both personally and professionally.

At Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education, she teaches Authentic Leadership, Executive Leadership Coaching, and Leadership Coaching Strategies, and serves as an executive coach in the Women and Leadership program. She is also the best-selling author of Create Your Best Year One Day at a Time and Ask for What You Want. Certified as a Positive Intelligence (PQ) practitioner, Master Coach, and Resiliency Trainer, she helps leaders expand their influence at the personal, relational, organizational, and societal levels through her Ripples of Influence™ framework.
