Learn with a group of future teachers, from the convenience of your own space
This Spring Term—beginning in March of 2023—we're offering several Master of Education (M.Ed.) programs that lead to an initial teaching license in a convenient, remote/off-campus cohort delivery model where you'll:
- Take accelerated 8-week courses, all delivered synchronously online just one weekend a month
- Go through your entire program with the same cohort of peers and become part of a close-knit community of educators
- Pay a reduced tuition rate of $650/credit, making a Lesley degree affordable and within your reach
Choose from several remote/off-campus cohort programs
Start your Master of Education (M.Ed.) and pursue an initial teaching license in Massachusetts in these subject areas and grade levels. If you already have a teaching license, some of these programs can help you lift your Initial License to a Professional License.
- Digital Literacy & Computer Science (Grades 5-12)
- Early Childhood Education (PreK-2)
- Elementary Education (Grades 1-6)
- High School Education (Grades 8-12)
- Middle School Education (Grades 5-8)
- Reading Specialist* (All grades)
- Special Education (Moderate or Severe Disabilities, all grades)**
*Second Initial Licensure program for teachers who already have an Initial License.
**May also lift your existing Initial License to a Professional License.
