Nina Houghton has been an educational researcher and consultant with Inverness Research for over 20 years, focusing on professional development and teacher leadership. Before she joined the firm she worked as an elementary school teacher in northern California. She received her BA from Stanford University in 1988 and her M.Ed. from Lesley in 1990, and has served on the Lesley board since 2014. She currently lives in Santa Monica, CA with her two children.
