As we begin planning for Alumni Weekend, we are reminded of and inspired by the mission of our founder Edith Lesley. A pioneer who prepared and educated women for careers outside of the home, Edith had a vision that launched generations of teachers committed to transforming the lives of children and their families and communities. Through developing groundbreaking curricula, Lesley continues to advance Edith’s mission by meeting society’s changing needs.
