Sandra St Fleur (she/her) is Lesley University’s Vice President for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Justice (EDIJ). In this role, Sandra partners with members of the President’s Cabinet and stakeholders across the University community to ensure that the tenets and processes related to EDIJ are integrated into every aspect of Lesley University’s systems, procedures, and culture.
Sandra is a subject-matter expert in the field of institutional design, change management, equity and justice, leadership development, as well as diversity and inclusion. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in organizational performance, culture transformation, and executive coaching in academia, health care, managed care, technology, and life sciences.
In her role as VP of EDIJ, Sandra operationalizes Lesley University’s deep commitment to enhancing the success of diverse faculty, students, and staff, as part of its broader goal to enrich the educational experiences and success of all members of our university community. She has deep professional and educational experience in the Boston area, having directed organizational development and talent management teams at Partners Healthcare, the Massachusetts Institute, and Management Sciences for Health. Sandra has also led organizational design and change management for UCLA Health.
Sandra holds an MBA in Innovation and Global Leadership at MIT Sloan School of Management and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Boston College.
