Michael has both designed and redesigned courses in management and marketing and has transformed classes from the traditional face-to-face to both hybrid and online formats.
He began as an adjunct instructor with Lesley in 1998 with the School of Management (SOM) and is now with the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
In addition to Lesley, he's taught a variety of management-based courses in greater Boston schools. His teaching experience spans from the traditional undergraduate student to the adult learner, and he also has extensive experience in advising undergraduate and graduate level management and education students.
His philosophy on teaching is to incorporate as many real-time examples as possible, and to challenge students to apply concepts learned through writing, case studies, and projects.
Michael holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and an MS from Lesley University.
