Jen Miles (she/her) is a consultant for the Center for Mathematics Achievement at Lesley. She began her career as an elementary teacher. During her decade in the elementary classroom, she specialized in mathematics instruction and was an integral part of a commendation school as designated by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Massachusetts.

She later became a K-6 Math Coach to support other teachers in their understanding and teaching of mathematics. Jen was an adjunct professor of Math Methods for several years at Endicott College. She has presented at local and regional mathematics education conferences.


Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication, a master’s degree in Elementary Education, and a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership. She holds licenses in Elementary Education, Mathematics (1-6), Principal/Assistant Principal (K-8), and is endorsed to teach Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) learners.
