Announcements

• Through a partnership with Harvard University, Lesley University staff, faculty and students can take part in free technology workshops at Harvard University's Science Center on Oxford St.  See Harvard's website for details.
• Microsoft Office 2007 (for Windows) and Microsoft Office 2008 (for Mac OS X) Home Use Program & Microsoft E-Learning are now available for staff and core faculty. Learn more.
• University Technology loans equipment such as laptops and projectors. Faculty and staff can reserve equipment from by filling our reservation form below. Reservations are picked up the UT - Technology Support Services office in the Lower Level of University Hall.

• Did you know support services from Technology Support Services are available 24/7 via phone and e-mail? From on campus dial ext. 8770 or 617-349-8770 from off campus. You can also send an e-mail to ut@lesley.edu for support.

  Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Visit the self-service Help Center for quick answers on common support issues. The Help Center can be accessed from the UT home page www.lesley.edu/ut or directly at http://lesley.edu/ut/help/. The UT online help center is a self-help resource which allows the Lesley community to search for answers, and find step-by-step directions for common technology questions. The Help Center will provide you information by categories as well as the ability to search for all help articles related to a specific topic. Please take the opportunity to explore the Help Center and feel free to send us your feedback at ut@lesley.edu.
