Announcements
- Through a partnership with Harvard University, Lesley University staff, faculty and students can take part in free technology workshops at Harvard University's Science Center on Oxford St. See Harvard's website for details.
- Microsoft Office 2007 (for Windows) and Microsoft Office 2008 (for Mac OS X) Home Use Program & Microsoft E-Learning are now available for staff and core faculty. Learn more.
- University Technology loans equipment such as laptops and projectors. Faculty and staff can reserve equipment from by filling our reservation form below. Reservations are picked up the UT - Technology Support Services office in the Lower Level of University Hall.
- We have worked with our vendors to pass along discounts for departmental purchases as well as personal purchases for students, faculty and staff. Click on the appropriate link below for more information.

- Did you know support services from Technology Support Services are available 24/7 via phone and e-mail? From on campus dial ext. 8770 or 617-349-8770 from off campus. You can also send an e-mail to ut@lesley.edu for support.
On-site technical support:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Visit the self-service Help Center for quick answers on common support issues. The Help Center can be accessed from the UT home page www.lesley.edu/ut or directly at http://lesley.edu/ut/help/. The UT online help center is a self-help resource which allows the Lesley community to search for answers, and find step-by-step directions for common technology questions. The Help Center will provide you information by categories as well as the ability to search for all help articles related to a specific topic. Please take the opportunity to explore the Help Center and feel free to send us your feedback at ut@lesley.edu. We look forward to hearing your feedback and further developing the Help Center to meet the community needs.
