Overview & Services

LOIS provides secure online access to administrative information for applicants, students, faculty and staff. Log in using your Lesley University username and password credentials.

Reference the populations below for examples of some of the services that are available in LOIS:

Applicants:

• My Documents: Find out what application materials the Admissions and Financial Aid Offices have received.
• Financial Aid Information: View financial aid status and award letters.
• Test Summary: Review scores for admissions and placement tests.

Students:

• My Class Schedule: Display schedule by semester, including dates, times and rooms, etc.
• Grades: View grades and grade point average by semester; request an official grade mailer.
• Transcripts: View an unofficial transcript online or request an official transcript to be sent to the recipient(s) of the student’s choice.
• My Profile: Displays address information, advisor name and contact information, and program of study.
• Financial Aid Information: View financial aid status and award letters.
• Student Account Profile: Check account statement information.
• Check Holds: Indicates any outstanding holds on account.
• Test Summary: Review scores for admissions and placement tests.
• Declaration of Intent to Graduate: File application for graduation; update diploma name and mailing address.
• Commencement RSVP: Notify the Commencement Office of participation in the May ceremony.

Faculty:

• My Class Schedule: Display your schedule by semester, including dates, times and rooms, etc.
• Class Roster: View lists of students in your classes.
• Grading: Submit official student grades. For more information, see the Registrar's Office's Grading FAQ. PLEASE NOTE: Use of the myLesley gradebook does not submit official grades to the Registrar's Office. This must be done separately through LOIS.
• Leave From Campus: Time off balances for core faculty only. These are also available through myLesley on your "my services" tab and the module labeled "About Your Time Off."

Staff:

Account Issuance

• Applicants receive their credentials in their application acknowledgment letter soon after applying.
• Non-matriculating students receive their credentials in a sealed mailer following course registration.
• Core faculty and staff receive their credentials via their supervisor soon after their date of hire.
• Adjunct faculty receive their credentials in a sealed mailer following hire and entry into the University administrative database.
