Course scheduling

• The Current Course Information search on LOIS does not require a user name or password. It is the best source for real-time schedule information for active courses.
• The course schedule timeline [xls] is available as an Excel workbook that includes spreadsheets detailing due dates for the course schedule publications for current and upcoming academic years. Please note that dates on these timelines are subject to change. When using the timeline workbook, note that there are multiple tabs that show details for different years, and with various sort orders to make it easier to plan data entry.

Program of study codes

Updates to program of study codes [xls] are posted on this site in an excel workbook. The workbook contains several spreadsheets, one for each: majors, minors, specializations, ccd codes, and degree codes. The spreadsheets will be kept as up to date as possible, so be sure to check back often.

Colleague basic navigation training

The Office of the University Registrar handles Colleague basic navigation training on the Student System only. To get a Colleague account, please go to the Colleague account web page, which is maintained by University Technology. University Technology Administrative Applications is responsible for creating and maintaining Colleague accounts. if you have questions about your account, please contact Administrative Applications.
