National Programs Alumni and Employer Survey
National Programs Alumni Survey
Alumni are among the best indicators of a university's success and impact. Therefore, in order to enhance the quality of our national cohort programs, it is imperative for us to determine overall satisfaction levels pertaining to education received by our alumni and other aspects of the student experience at Lesley University. To serve this purpose, this survey is administered to alumni of Lesley’s national cohort programs every other year. The survey asks former students about their employment and further education, evaluations of programs effectiveness, estimated gains in knowledge and skills, and interest in continuing involvement with Lesley. Comments, opinions and criticism collected from the survey are all valuable in improving academic programs and student services and in recruitment and retention efforts.
Employer Survey
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of our national cohort programs, it is important to the University that we get feedback from our alumni and their employers about how our graduates are doing in the workplace. This report presents findings from the 2008 Employer Survey, including background information on employers, supervisors’ evaluation of how important various knowledge and skills are to occupational positions, and their assessment of the alumni's actual knowledge and skills.
