Welcome to Lesley's virtual summer school!

The most convenient way to catch up on credits, get a jump on fall, or explore a new field.

Whether you're a student at Lesley, enrolled at another school, or just looking to explore a subject area and how engaging online learning can be, Lesley makes it easy. Study online and enjoy these learning advantages:

You don't need to be a "techie" to be successful!

The most important technical requirements are:

  • Access to a high speed, reliable Internet connection
  • An email address that you check daily.
  • PC or Macintosh operating systems both acceptable
  • Access to an integrated word processor/spreadsheet package, preferably Microsoft Office
  • Firefox is the recommended web browser for all online courses

What courses are being offered this summer?

Lesley's Online Information System (LOIS) will give you the most up to date information on classes being offered this summer. Just follow these steps to access online summer course information:

  1. Click on the following link: www.lesley.edu/lois
  2. Click on yellow box "Current Course Information"
  3. Under Term: Click the drop down window and select U1 (summer term)
  4. Under Discipline: Click the field you are interested in (Technology, Mathematics, Science, Management, Education)
  5. Under Location: select "ZZ –Distance Learning" (Note: leave all other drop-down menus blank!)
  6. Click submit (All courses under the discipline you selected will be listed)

Click the course title for detailed course information, such as course description, dates, instructor, and fees.

If you wish to view all online classes skip step 4 in the above directions.

Important information for students not currently enrolled at Lesley University

Please note that if you are a non-matriculating student or have not yet been accepted into a Lesley program you will be able to search for classes using the online tool, LOIS. However non-matriculating students cannot register online and need to download the registration form [pdf] and either fax to 617.349.8717 or mail it to the registrar's office at the address noted on the form.
