Degree Overview
Trauma Studies Specialization
Offered at Lesley's Cambridge campus near Boston, the Trauma Studies Specialization is designed to help students develop expertise in psychological trauma work. The curriculum includes an overview of trauma theory and practice, as well as a focus on specific client populations and topics.
- Degree requires two years of field experience (1,300 hours)
- Program meets educational requirements for Master's level counseling licensure in Massachusetts and most other states
- Program can be completed in three academic years of full-time study
