Parenting Leave

(effective 9/1/07)

After an employee has been employed by Lesley for one year, the University provides two weeks of fully paid parenting leave in the event of the birth or adoption of a baby and benefits are continued during those two weeks. Please note that Parenting Leave runs concurrent with FMLA and MMLA. Please contact Human Resources for more information.
