"Whistle-Blowing" Policy(effective 1/1/07)This policy outlines the rights and responsibilities regarding the reporting of illegal or unethical activities. Lesley University intends to conduct its activities in a legal and ethical manner, and will not take adverse employment action against an employee for protected whistle-blowing activities. If you should see an activity that you believe to be illegal, improper, or unethical, you have the right and the obligation to report it. You may do so in a confidential and anonymous way via telephone to Human Resources at 617.349.8787, to the Vice President for Administration at 617.349.8564, or to the General Counsel at 617.349.8505, and/or any other member of management at Lesley University. Under the law, you cannot be discriminated against, nor can any action of retaliation be taken against you when you report a violation of law.
