Flier Display at the Conference Registration Area-$200 (3) Deadline: October 30, 2009
Have your company's flier at each of the registration kiosks for one day of the conference. Choice of day (Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday) will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Size limit: 1/2 page (8.5" x 5.5")

Other opportunities to promote your company to participants...

Registration Envelope Advertisement Reservations Deadline: July 31, 2009 (materials deadline: Aug. 14, 2009)

  • Black and white advertisement printed on the conference registration envelope that 2,000+ educators will receive. This envelope contains participants' name tags and tickets to workshop sessions.
  • Costs are $100 for a 4" W x 3.25" H ad; $200 for a 4" W x 6.5" H ad or 8.25" W x 3.35" H ad; or $400 for an 8.25" W x 6.25" H ad.

Raffle Prize Donation

  • On Monday, November 16, 2009, 5:00 pm–6:00 pm, there will be an Exhibit Fair in Exhibit Hall B with a free raffle prize give-away. The Literacy for All Conference program committee gives prizes to educators to show appreciation for their hard work in educating children. Please contact us if you would be interested in donating a prize (617.349.8165 or kadams@lesley.edu).
  • All companies or individuals who donate prizes will be recognized on the PowerPoint presentation loop shown to 2,000 participants prior to all four keynote addresses as well as on a flier participants will receive in their conference tote bag.
