- The Chenango Forks Central School District is located in a suburban part of Broome County, nine miles north of Binghamton, NY. A variety of ssessments have shown that since launching Literacy Collaborative, fewer students are performing below grade level and more students are performing at and above grade level. Pattengill Elementary School, Ann Arbor, Michigan
- The Pattengill Elementary School is located in Ann Arbor, Mich. One literacy coordinator at Pattengill described their success with Literacy Collaborative like this: "Our rate of success in standardized state testing has gone from 48% to 72% over that past 5 years." Cambridge Public Schools, Cambridge, Massachusetts-District Overview
- Literacy Collaborative began in Cambridge in 1998-1999 with the training of a primary level literacy coordinator at the Peabody School. Since that time, Literacy Collaborative schools have started closing achievement gap by bringing their performance up to and even beyond the performance of schools with less needy and diverse populations.
